Residences feature Eggersmann kitchens with HanStone glass quartz finishes, Miele appliances, and walnut cabinetry, with many units offering curved glass walls and private balconies.
An extensive amenity collection on the 34th floor includes a 75-foot swimming pool, spa with hydrotherapy circuit, fitness center with Peloton equipment, yoga and Pilates rooms, residents' lounge, library, screening room, and private dining facilities. Additional amenities include automated parking, furnished guest suites, a children's playroom, and pet facilities.
Developed by World Wide Group and Rose Associates, the project incorporates two schools and a Whole Foods market in its base. The building's location offers proximity to Sutton Place, Bloomingdale's, and the Roosevelt Island Tram, establishing itself as a significant addition to Manhattan's Billionaires' Row.
